What are the enclosure dimensions and length tolerance? Can width/height be modified?

Width/height are fixed by the extrusion profile; length is customizable.
Standard tolerance ±0.20 mm (≤300 mm).
2D/3D drawings (DWG/STEP) available.

Which alloy is used and what is the thermal performance?

Default alloy is 6063‑T5 (thermal conductivity ≈ 200 W/m·K).
End plates can be 6061‑T6 or 5052‑H32.
ADC‑12 die‑cast parts available on request.

What are the wall‑thickness options? Can local areas be thickened?

Wall thickness is fixed by the profile (1.2–3 mm depending on series, cannot be thickened).
Extra heat‑sinking fins or CNC milled slots can be added.
