What files do I need to submit for a custom order?
Don’t have professional drawings? No problem — share your rough sketch and dimensions, and our engineers will assist you with the drafting.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders will require additional days or weeks depending on your order quantity and design complexity.
We recommend placing a small trial batch first before committing to bulk production — especially when drawings or designs have not yet been fully finalized.
How is the custom processing fee calculated?
Pricing depends on the following factors:
- Type of processing (CNC / Laser / Printing)
- Number and complexity of holes/cutouts
- Surface finishing selected
- Order quantity

How is anodizing quality controlled?
Our anodizing process follows strict quality control checkpoints:
- Film Thickness: 8–10 μm for decorative use; 18–25 μm for corrosion/outdoor applications
- Color Uniformity: ΔE ≤ 1.0 to ensure consistent coloring across batches
- Sealing Quality: Dye fade test ≤ 3% / Salt spray test ≥ 336h (ASTM B117)
- Adhesion: Cross-cut test Grade 0–1 (ISO 2409)
- Visual Inspection: No scratches, white spots, residue or mold spots at 50 cm viewing distance
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted Currencies: USD (primary) / EUR / RMB
All orders are processed on a prepayment basis. Please ensure all transaction fees on the buyer’s side are covered, so that the total invoiced amount is fully credited to our account.
What are the delivery and shipping terms?
- Delivery Terms: EXW (Ex-Works) — goods collected from our factory
- Shipping cost is borne by the buyer
- If you have your own courier account (DHL / FedEx / UPS / etc.), you may provide the account number for us to ship on your behalf
For large volume shipments, please arrange a freight forwarder/agent on your side, and provide us with the agent’s name, contact number, and scheduled pick-up date in advance.
What is the recommended process for first-time customers?
