Anodizing 8-10µm (clear, black, silver‑gray in stock; Pantone/RAL colors from 300 sets). Powder coating ≥40 µm. Sand‑blasting and brushing pre‑treatments available.
End‑plate thickness and edge requirements?
Stock: 1.2 mm & 1.5 mm; custom 2–10 mm. Sharp edge or R≥0.5 mm radius. Options for chamfered edges, cut‑outs, and etched or laser‑marked logos.
Thermal capacity or power dissipation limit?
Linear fins plus add‑on heat‑sinks dissipate approx. 8–10 W per 100 mm length at ΔT 40 °C. Thermal simulation report available.
