What should I prepare before contacting you?
The more detail you share, the faster we can quote. Ideally:

- Quantity (sample or bulk production)
- Custom requirements: CNC holes, surface finish, color
- Target delivery date (if time-sensitive)

How quickly will you reply to my inquiry?
Within 1 business hour during working hours (Mon–Sat, 9AM–6PM CST). Inquiries received outside office hours will be answered first thing the next business day. For urgent matters, WhatsApp is the fastest channel.
Will my drawings and designs be kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your design files are shared only with our in-house production team and are never disclosed to third parties. We sign NDA agreements upon request — just mention it when you get in touch.
Can I visit your factory in Foshan?
Yes, factory visits are always welcome. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit. Our factory is located in Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan — approximately 45 minutes from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
Do you work with freight forwarders?
Yes. For bulk orders, you can use your own freight forwarder for factory pickup (EXW terms). Please provide your forwarder’s name, contact details, and planned pickup date when placing your order.
What languages does your team speak?
Our sales and engineering team handles all inquiries in English and Chinese. For technical drawings and specifications, we recommend using English to ensure accuracy.
